The teaching team aims to support you in developing your strength and flexibility and to be responsive to the able as well as the less able so that everyone can improve at their own rate. All new clients complete a health check form which the teacher looks through with them before advising on adaptations to the movements which would best suit them. Classes are non competitive and teachers encourage everyone to work at their own pace. It’s all about you as an individual.
