With over 15 years of a corporate career under my belt, I know first-hand what prolonged immobility can do to our joints, spine and general well-being. It was this realisation that led me to give up my corporate life to help others. I started my training at Pilates in Motion under Anoushka Boone, then subsequently attained a specialist diploma in Lower Back Pain Management. I also hold a Degree in Nutrition and Health from University of Greenwich.
My approach has formed during my years of studying Health Sciences. It combines the educational and empowering aspect of the Pilates Method with nutritional and lifestyle interventions to help people of all ages and levels to move well without pain.
