Emily Moffat

Emily is a movement lover from New Zealand with a background in dance, circus, and performing. She has been teaching Pilates since 2016, trained in Matwork and STOTT Reformer Pilates and has a Bachelor of Dance Studies. By listening and responding to the needs of her clients as she aims to make everyone feel welcome and accommodated during her class. Emily is passionate about helping others enjoy movement and using Pilates to give you the tools to unlock your body’s full potential so you can move in a safer, happier and healthier way.
