Sean has been involved in the fitness industry for over 13 years. He has a real passion and enthusiasm for all things fitness/wellness. He loves to help people with his training methods which are science based whilst having a strong emphasis on fun with an educational approach.
He has trained many people from many different walks of life ranging from marathon runners, rugby players, people who want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve posture, heal injuries to helping with nutrition and detoxification guidance for guests on cruise ships and fitness holidays, with many excellent results.
Sean really does work on an emphasis of “body awareness” so what may be right for one individual’s needs may be different for another’s. He displays emotional intelligence to understand how to help people break through their barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their goals
Sean has learnt with some great teachers i.e. Michel Besnard, Roslyn Ying, Wayne Zimmer, Michelle Lamb, Stella Nash, Ole Eugenio and many more.
