Bo’s background is in circus performance and as a singer.
Her first contact with Pilates was through rehabilitation following diagnosis of a spinal injury. Impressed by the benefits of muscular fine-tuning and core stability, particularly to enhance her circus training she found it also boosted her wellbeing and love of outdoor activities.
Having been a regular attendee of mat classes for over a decade, she gained mat certification with Alison Swan and from there qualified in studio equipment at Pilates off The Square, Pilates Foundation.
Bo knows no better “pick me up and shake me all about” physically and mentally, than Pilates.
