Hi, my name’s Lorna. I’m a Stott Pilates trained teacher. My classes include exercises to strengthen the back, the core and involve a whole body work out. I work with the breath to get a mind body connection happening in class. My training also included realignment of the body through exercise, helping to strengthen the body and create flexibility and correct faulty posture. To quote Joseph Pilates, “ You are only as young, as your spine is flexible”.
